I am Molly Bahr, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and I work with clients to live a healthy, meaningful, and fulfilling life. We will explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences to identify the roadblocks that prevent you from reaching your goals. Therapy can effectively treat specific issues such as anxiety and depression and it can also help less defined concerns such as exploring your purpose in life, learning to love and accept yourself, resolving pain from your past, and coping with significant life changes.
I provide individual therapy for adults and adolescents 13+. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) when applicable.
I do not provide couples or family therapy. Depending on interest, I may open an option for group sessions. Please contact me if you would be interested in a group on Intuitive Eating/Health At Every Size or any other topics. Click for more information >>
I aim to create a nonjudgemental, compassionate environment to gain insight, learn new coping skills, and facilitate change. We work together on developing a treatment plan for the goals you want to achieve in therapy. I believe you are the expert in your life and I help assist in the process of reconnecting to your inner wisdom to guide you. I pull from mindfulness practices to gain awareness and incorporate curiosity and compassion. Click to read more about me >>
