I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), a type of therapy that can help resolve your stuck points and get to a place of peace. This works well on shifting negative core beliefs, reducing distress, and healing traumatic experiences.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is another therapy approach that can help work with the parts of you that you have a hard time with. If you have tried everything to work on things like body image, catastrophizing, or your inner critic, this might be the answer you’ve been looking for.
